Chuan goes up by 12.3 % with over half a million shares done today, does it mean good news are coming?

Chuan closes at RM 0.675 unexpectedly today. For those who have committed lately from 0.70 to 0.81 will face great loss. Will there be a second round of surge will now depend entirely on the announcement from the management. Be patient ! Good news are coming . May be it's time to collect more at this level.

Ever since Chuan reported its 2nd quarter result, its value & volume have gone up steadily. I believe everyone is waiting for the good news from the management. Will it be bonus issue, free warrant, dividend, or even privatisation or combination of these possibilities? The news should come soon & its value should rise to another unseen level.

Dear invest1918, no one can predict TP for any counter. However I feed RM 1.00 is fair price to Chuan, assuming 30% discount to its new NTA of RM 1.47. Meanwhile we shall keep our fingers crossed & wait for good news from the owner.

On second thought, the owner may consider to privatize the counter, say, at RM 1.00 & they can still have an extra gain of RM 0.47 on each share that they buy back from the minority shareholders. Please note that par value of Chuan is at RM 0.50. If this happens, we can still make another 30 cts from the current price. This is the best Win-Win situation !

Chuan reported a fantastic result last quarter. Its NTA jumps from RM 0.99 to RM 1.47.
Will there be a Bonus issue coming or a handsome dividend to be declared ? Meanwhile its share should go up closer to its NTA value. Do you agree with me ?
