If CNQC manages to takeover Vivo.. now the price would be min 50cent. The hype was real and huge.

I would say, I don't know... some say better buy after the ex-date, but just my 2cent... vivo is currently dead... nothing will lift the price... you solely hope this stock will be goreng by the shark... full stop. Maybe Ck or golden will give you more eye-candy statement... but, this what I see.

Major shareholder simply protects their interest and money. Maybe they also at a losing side, but who cares. right? You think they even consider minority before making any decision?

Nope.. billions of project are nothing if they cant deliver it. The most important thing is how they manage it. They way for the past 2 years.. I don't see any damage control to protect investors money. Yet they plan something against it - RI issuance. As I said, if they plan to expand tremendously, there was a chance during CNCQ knocking the door. But they refused to do that.

They have PP money to be used for the ongoing project. Yet the result for this Q is red. So, how we can say this company is properly managed. They dont want to borrow money from bank due to interest.. so it is ok to suck ikan bilis money? The best part is the management gets the allowance and bonus every year... hahahaha..

Most of the minority investor suffered more 70% loss... On top of that, the management plan to issue RI... what kind of Management are they? They are simply good at sucking investor money. Yes... easy money... plus without interest... great right... hahahha.. only God knows where the PP money went... result came out red... Still, have people believe this vivocon?

Very questionable decision. CNCQ takeover was a golden opportunity is company seriously want to expand. Huge money will be flowing in. But, all are history. At the end, management decided to get money from ikan bilis?
