No need to submit anything if you dont agree to sale to OLH

I received the Acceptance & Transfer Form yesterday. Submission Dateline is 1 Sept 2015

That is right. What to do. That f*** OLH already screwed down the price during this weak market. Just hold for 3-6 months some more. Now have to cancel the holidays plan during year end. That bugger really spoiled bred.

This is how rich people OLH & family make more money...... squeezed every penny they can get from investors. The price has been dropping due to bad markets. Now it drops even more after OLH voluntary offer. Really putting salt onto the wounds.

Current Price = RM1.91
PJDEV has NTA of RM2.52
EPS = 49.6sen
P/E = 3.85
DPS = about 7sen

Compare these with EcoWorld:
Current Price = RM4.72
EPS = 2.00sen
NTA = RM1.29
P/E = 235.83
DPS = 1.01sen

PJDEV looks very attractive to me.

If you want to invest in stock market, please be prepared to accept small fluctuation in price. A small change in price is normal, otherwise, it is not a stock market ..... wise words from a sifu. not from me, just sharing with everyone.

Check the company announcements. Every time price goes up, the company directors will sell their shares in open market ... millions in qty.

Why dont you write a very nice article about PJDEV. It closes 1.80 today. NTA 2.22 which is undervalue gem. By end of August nxt month, after release 4th qtr result, some people say its NTA can reach as high as 2.80
