It does not make sense for the fed government to just take over the operations of the water concessionaires but not their assets. In that is the case, the government would have to rent the assets from Puncak and the rest at fair market rates. Otherwise, who will come to repair all the broken pipes in the state? Definitely not the army. My believe is that the price that the fed government will pay will not be any less than what the Selangor government had offered. I will continue to collect Puncak.

Expect generous buyouts from the fed govnt as it is more friendly to the water concessionaires than the selangor govnt. After all this country cannot afford to spook foreign investors by nationalizing private businesses and assets without reasonable compensation. The whole world is watching.
