Some might be underestimate KK, and Imago. As a local I adviced potential investor to see and visit yourself. Imago very successful Mall because of Local and NOT tourist.

Until now you can Visit the KK Waterfront at night and judge the tourist crowd yourself, especially weekends.

From my last visit to Imago mall, interior very nice, good ambience + lightings. Floor tiles using marble (ground), overall Interior bit like Pavilion KL, toilet design is so nice..Ceiling work still can be improve...

Everise, hypermarket chain from Sarawak Interior is very nice. Fresh design, could be the best hypermarket design in whole Malaysia..

Car Park looks nice paintings + signage..

Who said KK no Contractor...Mostly done by local contractor and some by KL contractor such as Binapuri, WCT....BUT KL contractor like YFG not performing at all....Got terminated recently..

Next to it, Oceanus Mall, 1st HARD ROCK CAFE in East Malaysia is opening Today...yeah!!

Tourist arrival is unbelievable....China is reduced but others like Korean, Japanese, Western is doubled...last weekend KK is Full of Brunei/Labuan Tourist and Car....

Its simple, because KK is so Beautiful,happening nightlife, blue clear sea water, dramatic Sunset...with the Star Cruise docked at Jesselton sure like MIAMI...

Next coupled of year KK will be the new shinning star cities in Malaysia/Asean.....

No way Kuching or Sarawak can overtake KK now, Vibrant and Happening place....safe and still need to improve on the cleanliness...

Imago mall will be Pavilion of KK, Sabah...davidchew comment not save if totally not true...you can hang out the whole night in KK/Imago area without fear...(as a local point of view) I will be feel more not save in KL...

Just back from the mall few days ago, still bit of internal work to be done but overall can be open by mid Jan 2014. Key tenants is renovation now. Mostly branded tenants...their Interior design is fantastic..

Best area is at the huge open area with the largest LED screen in KK/Sabah.

How to invest here? I,m "0" in this stock. Mostly I do property investment.

If you live in KK, u know that retail is very good lately, Tourism is very positive. U just go to KK at night and you can see full of Chinese, Korean, Japanese and even European tourist. Not to mention Brunei, west malaysian, sarawakian, others....Its a rising city!!

U can see West Malaysian and International Property Developer buying land in KK lately for their multi-millions project. They are fast to take the opportunity before its too late.

Why do you think lately lot of international hotels is going to open in KK?? JW marriott, Hiltons....others. More good news is coming my friend.

If you look at last year Tripadvisor 10 Rising destination in Asia, Only KK from Malaysia is one of them in a six spot!

Hard Rock cafe is opening its biggest outlet in KK middle of this year. I,m sure all of this international Brands have done their studies before invest in KK. Glenegles hospital is opening.

U ask me about Imago, its a Diamond in the making. I want to ask u 1 simple question, please find a parking at Suria Sabah, Centrepoint, Wisma Merdeka or other area in KK in a weekdays or weekend. I can assure u find a difficulties. Thats means market in KK is good. Any place is Jam due to high traffic.

In my honest opinion, KK is one of the rising city in malaysia due to Tourism and latest Biggest reserve Oil & Gas in Malaysia. Future is bright and may overtake or at Par with Penang and Johor in a very near future.
