Usually this stock is resistant to market condition for the past few months. Not this time I guess. Yet it went down with very little volume traded over past few days.

UHY who had been the Auditors of the Company were re-appointed at the last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held on 27 December 2017 to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation is on a voluntary basis as the Company wishes to appoint another auditors.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matter that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company will appoint another audit firm as the new auditors of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new auditors is finalised by the Company.

You can see inix has been reducing expenses and thus making profit in the latest qr report, also recently announced it won two contracts worth some money in the bursa announcement.
