To my mind, three possible scenarios ...

1. Company stubbornly proceeds with RI @15, without any pump-up (push-up) action, without any extra incentives (like free warrants) ... Then RI exercise tak laku, simply becos you, I & Mr Every Man can buy from open market at cheaper price ...

2. Company stubbornly proceeds with RI @15, but pumping up (pushing up) market price, maybe to 20 or 25, gives generous free warrants ... Then RI ofer cud receive gud to very gud response ... But it wud require susbstantial spending on da part of da company to achieve these objectives ...

3. Company takes stock of harsh current reality, then decides that conditions are not conducive ... Then revises terms of RI offer, and applies to Bursa to amend terms of offer ... Perhaps downward to 10, or 7.5 sen ... Just like Suma already revised downward to 20, from initial first proposal of 40 ...
