Tech buble was due to unjustified PE ratios for a lot of tech companies. Their balance sheets were weak. People were riding on the hype until it pops.
In the current situatiom, Apple, amazon, facebook and netflix have high cash balances and high earnings due to covid.So their prices are justified.
