EPF today sold 22m shares

I don’t have good knowledge in stock market. I see many ppl commenting on the PE based on the EPS. if I am a simple investor I think I will look at those PE below 16, at least I know 16 years seems meeting the expectation at 6% PA (I know what is PE but I just make it in a simply way). I just don’t know why ppl mentioned it PE20, 25 or 30 Then the price will be xxx. I noticed some said last time glove counter PE 30 but now I think many new investors, Do they think PE30 is good?

Looking at the current EPS, the PE is about 14 I think. Furthermore, do you guys think top glove can continue to main the PE 14 for the next 14 years?
