Look at Xinghe share price. Don't talk so much. More than 90% loss even though you keep saying every time that it's going to improve. Looks like Xinghe cyber-trooper with many account names.

19.5 cents for 8 original shares --> 2.44 cents per original share ... more than 90% of its original value lost .... where are the guys saying profit is coming and price is going up? LOL

So they combined the stocks. Price can go down much further now without being too visible. I wonder if it's possible to sue the regulatory body.

I'm surprised that this company is not investigated. So much for the perception of Malaysia Baru :-(

16.1138 million shares is nothing compared to the billions of Xinghe shares, not even 1%.

Issuance of RM120 million new shares after 8-1 share consolidation. Right now, market cap is RM64 million. After 8-1 share consolidation, it will be worth RM8 million. Issuing RM120 million in shares after that will dilute the existing shares to .... ???

Too late. They got your money now.

Strange. Isn't the book value about RM0.20 per share? Is their data correct? Not like some cooked books, I hope.

Has anyone checked if Xinghe has submitted financial statements to SSM? If not, I'll do so. If they haven't I'll raise a formal complaint with SSM as a minority shareholder.

Don't believe all these announcements. This is the 3rd in the past 3 years.

Looks like there's no regulator oversight on this counter.

Price target of 17 cents seems so ridiculous and outdated.

It needs to be audited. Wonder if can complain to SSM.
2018-10-25 10:44 | Report Abuse
Looks like 2014 was the last audited account. Time to make a complaint with SSM. Directors must be held accountable in Malaysia Baru.

Has anyone seen XingHe products? Don't compare with Nestle. An unknown company with 2.5 billion shares :-))

Don't hope. Will drop soon. There are big volume players.

P/E numbers are nonsense when there is no profit.

Seems like time for authorities to investigate this company, and maybe the auditors too.

Stay away. Remember Xinghe. Started at 28 cents.
2017-10-03 10:02 | Report Abuse
Directors have been disposing. Last acquisition was in Apr 2015. How is P/E ratio calculated? Last dividend was in 2015. Information is from this website per my understanding. Is it updated?

Interesting comments. Can't deny that this counter has been on a downward spiral for a long time. Looks like the company may have invested in "cyber warriors" to give positive comments on this forum :-p

I strongly suggest that you avoid this counter. Don't be fooled by all the comments on this forum saying that it's a good buy. They have been saying that for a long time. They mention a new factory every year. The price has been steadily going down by 0.5 cents every few months. I wouldn't be surprised if they go bankrupt at this rate.
2015-06-03 14:32 | Report Abuse
Read the article. Even there, it mentions that those investors may hope that the price will go to 13 cents.
2015-06-03 11:47 | Report Abuse
Unfortunately, I still don't understand. How much lower could the sellers expect to buy at ... 2 cents? They could easily have increased the selling price by more than that.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Is there a reason why you put so much effort into providing information here?
2015-06-02 16:25 | Report Abuse
That was before the warrants were issued, right?
2015-06-02 16:01 | Report Abuse
But in reality, the sellers are controlling the price, and they are keeping it down for some reason.
2015-06-02 16:00 | Report Abuse
If Xinghe is really selling at a bargain price now, there would be lots of buyers forcing the price up. even though the number of shares sold is high, the money value is actually still very low. it's not as if the big boys are dealing in it.
2015-06-02 15:43 | Report Abuse
andyghk, have you any connection to Xinghe main stockholders?
2015-06-02 15:25 | Report Abuse
That explanation doesn't quite add up. When the shares sold at 7 cents were depleted, more were put on the market instead of allowing the price to go to the next level at 7.5 cents.
2015-06-02 15:12 | Report Abuse
what's their advantage bringing the price down? even if they got the shares cheaply, they would still make more money selling them at higher prices.
2015-06-02 13:43 | Report Abuse
The real question is why shares are being sold at 7 cents instead of letting the price go higher.
2015-06-01 16:05 | Report Abuse
why do some comments disappear after a while?

I think that some of the stakeholders have agents here who keep encouraging to buy.

Today's news is that some stockbrokers were caught for manipulating the stock. Wonder if BURSA should investigate those stockbrokers buying and selling Xinghe ... and maybe some of those posting here too.

There are Malaysian counters with similar trends. For example, isn't the trend for BJLand under Berjaya group similar?

Hopefully Bursa will investigate this counter due to the unusually high volume.

Don't know ... they dropped it to RM0.03, then combined 8 shares to RM0.24.
Is it possible to make money by dropping the price then injecting money in to get a substantial shareholding??
