The offer price 0.855 was 33% below NTA of 1.28. Initially they called a few times asking if I wanted to sell which I said “No not selling”. Yes it was snatched away and they just deposited the amount into my bank account yesterday. When I first saw the amount in the bank account I was surprised and when I login to check it was humorously stated as “Dividend payment Boustead Holdings”.

They took away all your shares and bank in the amount but called it "Dividend Payment" 🤣

After incurring losses for 12 years continuously, and now left with NTA of 2 cents, with average quarterly revenues barely 1 million, really surprised there is an offer of 50 cents for a company worth lesser than 2 cents. Unless, there is a good Samaritan out there willing to inject a profitable business into this company.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Looking at Asdion performance, it has been making losses for the past 12 years continuously. Should we still buy or take our gamble elsewhere ???
