Resolution 1. To approve the additional payment of Directors’ fees amounting to RM204,000.00 which was in excess of the earlier approved amount of RM996,000.00 from 1 July 2021 until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in year 2022.
Resolution 3. To approve the payment of Directors’ fees up to an amount of RM1,296,000.00 for the period from 25 November 2022 until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in year 2023.
When the company dont perform for shareholder still expect increment???

The 77mil cash balance from Right Issue and PP a year ago now left less than 20mil, and haven’t seen the company turnaround…. Yet the directors are being paid 1mil+ on 2021…. questionable…..
