1. PP exercise
2. EGM on 8th Dec
3. SEDA approval for BioMass plant
4. LSS4 bid
5. Solar PV - MOU with AT for now

Nov/Dec should have some news on the above to move the price.

Just to put my mental and emotion state in ready mode. The company has potential to growth. The share price will probably at a solid or stabilized mode during Sept once Lss bid closed. Till that period, many factor will cause price up and down (rumours,oprtor/syndcate, etc) due to its penny price.
As traders, we keep to the discipline of Cut Loss (CL) once reach our CL price,
But as investor, do we keep to the same discipline of CL knowing current votalitites and future growth?
My TA:
cost per share 4.8c.
Support at 5.5c
CL at 4.5c
Been holding the shares from last year.

Is there any way to calculate how much the price will dilute once additional share (RI) is listed?

Anyone knows where can i get the EGM notes or MoM?if there are any alternative or diversification of Vsolar business aside from Biomass plant from the EGM? It seem all dependence if they win the Biomass plant bid. If they did not win, it is good to know there are alternative to bring in the revenue.
