Civil servants mostly rubbish. If government can clean up there wont have government anymore since gov may also be corrupted.

The more i read the proof, more feel like being con to invest in protasco. Lost 5 cents already.
That chong ceo rob and silently put blame on his substantial shareholders to get control of protasco. Is called robbery. Its shameful crime. No matter how good he cooks protasco book, he is a criminal.
