MyEG’s controlling shareholder Asia Internet buys 8.8% stake in Cuscapi

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 14): Asia Internet Holdings Bhd, the largest single shareholder in MyEG Services Bhd, bought some 83.25 million shares, or 8.811% stake, in point-of-sale system provider Cuscapi Bhd.

Wong currently holds a direct stake of 13.209% in Cuscapi and an indirect stake of 8.111% through Asia Internet, making him the biggest shareholder holding direct and indirect stake of 21.32%.

On the way back to 0.715 since JPJ impact is negligible.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission is investigating the award of a lucrative contract to the son-in-law of a former prime minister, a source has confirmed.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the anti-graft agency’s probe centred around possible abuse of power in connection with the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe).

New evidence related to the case has surfaced, including that the project was now classified as a “sick project” as very little progress has been made, the source added.
