Lost making company still fight. Only 1 crazy guy will do so, which is Chong. Or anyone caused by Chong. Gone case.
2 side same shares. Block A is Teh 26-28%, block B is Donald 25-27%. Both side if combine then over 51%. If both fight and small investors vote either side extra 5%, then big swing. But chong will play dirty, just watch.

Without donald shares hard to meet majority. Leave it to minority to decide. If nobody votes then should be clear. Else will be close fight.
