BOD give so much lower than market price ESOS for themselves and employees, mostly themselves get the biggest cake from it. then exercise it and dispose it in market to press down the price. it's some normal practice? considering to buy this stock, but 3m new shares in esos, mean still have a lot for director to dispose.

maybe beauty is more important than health. kpj and IHH P/E is 23 and 21 respectively. but people still thinks than DCH with p/e 81 is a better buy. undeniable, aesthetic truly has higher margin, but has higher competition also, especially in near future

acquisition is fastest way to grow only if acquire at reasonable price. old clinic can retain their royal customer or not is much depend on the doctor in that clinic. unlike retail shop, who is the seller not much different. but in clinic, patient or customer tend to follow their doctor. unless can make sure the doctor now working in I bella will remain in there for long term.

when we do acquisition, we want synergistic effect. not like buying a company which offer exactly same service that i can already provide. with much higher and expensive price some more.

with dr chong aesthetic name and reputation, they can open up a new aesthetic clinic with expenditure possible just rm 1 million plus minus. they r experience in aesthetic open a new clinic is not a problem. why they want to spend p/e 20 price to buy over another people clinic, whose have same function and technique
