I don't think the price will be up so soon because:
(1) Project 1 - the Development business is not yet start construction (low & medium cost terrace house in Perak),
(2) Project 2 - mining business also not materialized,
(3) Project 3 - the profit from Cambodia lottery business is not achieve as projected,
(4) the sales revenue from core business (plastic injection moulding) also dropped,
(5) no foreseeing any new business activities in the short term...although got new business I also no confidence based on above 3 new projects
