On top of getting superb deal at 7.5sen, TS rashid also got 60% of new shares. Immediately diluting everyone share value by 60%

Its like if u bought at 35sen. U need to divide it by 2.5 first. So ur share price immediately become 14sen.

On top of that TS rashid the fkin rich guy is smiling at you showing that he got the opportunity, the only one who get to buy at 7.5sen.

abduljabbar85 Suprisingly enough, the New Advent sdn bhd held by the two bosses own 32.08% just shy 1% from 33% first threshold and and the 6 shareholders who sold them the 80sen per share, the highest holder just nice ngam2 hold 4.92%, to avoid triggering the 5% threshold to become substantial shareholder thus avoiding unneccessary news and attention

I suspect the money used by the 6 shareholders were the two bosses money all along....

The Rules on Takeovers, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions 2016 Is effective from August 2016 and since then few companies have abused it

It is mandatory for the person who triggered the shareholding threshold of 50% after buying a big stake, compulsory for them to offer to buy share at the same price that they bought the stake at, which in this case the two boss bought 22.92% from a group of 6 people

A perfect way to push down share price abusing the new 2016 act

1. The balance to be paid to MIE. Has it been done?
ANSWER: not paid yet and NO DEADLINE to pay. The downside is we pay 10% interest but at least the interest is NOT COMPOUNDED

ANSWER: Private placement is absolute last resort. we want to go for Debt first to AVOID DILUTION!

Price and value is two different thing. 2 different company would have same value if one is rm1 and has 100mil shares issued and another is 10sen and has 1bil shares issued. BOTH HAVE SAME VALUE = rm100mil market value (market cap)
