The minority shareholders have the courage to stand up to the majority shareholders knowing that they will lose when polling. They have sent a clear message that the majority cannot just do what they like. There are a few who like to laugh, lay "died" and attack those who have the principle to protect the interest of shareholders. I give a thumbs up for those who have walked out of the AGM. They walk back into the hall to get the rest of the resolutions pass especially on the company share buy back for the interest of all parties.

Monsoon, if you think you are better off than OTB, show us the way. We will be your follower, otherwise please shut up. You make a fool of yourself like an empty barrel with no substance.

even his nickname laughdieme indicates he laughs and "die". Must be a psycho to even think of such a nickname.

Mr Ooi, just ignore this mad guy. Don't waste time and get agitated by this "gay". It is not worth our time. This dog barks but does not bite. It will come in many nicknames just like the devil. I will continue to support you. Thanks for helping me make money.

i3 investors administrators must ensure that these forum participants are genuine to contribute and share and not make this a place to attack others and write without facts.

laughdieme is gutless and doesn't have the balls to write his real name. He is the same guy who use nicknames to attack OTB. I support OTB altho I may lose money on this stock but I gain 30% in 3 months from his recommendations. It is just a decision went wrong for ONE stock but doesn't mean that it is the end. We will continue to trade and we will win most of the time.
If laughdieme is a smart trader then write your recommended stocks and we will judge you. I challenge you to be a man.or you just want to hide behind nicknames.

our bursa should penalize those who make announcement late. eg. osk bought the shares end of last year and only announce in March. This is to mislead the public and investors into believing that osk are positive on the deal.

by the way, i am not a fan of cc puan, if i am on the board, i would have fired him because of the heavy losses and not meeting yearly targets.

ocpd, most GLC cronies do not know the business as well as the experts. I think cc puan is smart enough to stay relevant as he has been around in loss making GP and to handle company politics.

if the deal is not to the advantage to GP, can the minority shareholders decide to stop the sale of P1 to TM?

based on the financial performance the margin from the two business units is rm 9 million for fy2013 and net loss of rm10 million. I presume the yearly interest and rental mentioned by ocpd is for the total group. If the two business can double the revenue and manage the expenses, GP would be breakeven or profitable next year.

cc puan as new CEO of P1 will ensure that all hardware and software comes thro GP as he has interest in it. Business will grow.

looking at the financial 2013 vs 2012, software, hardware and communication services contributed 50% of GP revenue and both are growing at 23% and 25% respectively. Nett Loss in broadband along is $110 million compared to the total loss of $126 million in 2013. While GP revenue will be reduced in the future, but the margins will be positive after the clean up of their balance sheet and cutting of the cancerous P1 from the group. Medium and long term looks good.
