Reading the detailed results further

Cash on hand = 1,129m
Borrowing (ST + LT) = 624m

Net Cash = 519m

Hengyuan became Net Debt positive?

Cumulative profit now is 250m

If we annualize it, the expected profit for the full year may be 333m

Now, what is the fair PE?

If we assume 7x, the implied market cap is 2.3b

Assume 8x, implied market cap is 2.7b

Assume 9x, implied market cap is 3.0b

You get the drift

Point is, at current share price, current market cap is less than 2.0b

Result for the year is still good — suggests an upside to current share price

Since oil price coming down this quarter, expectation to make more than 333m for the full year is higher — further upside is possible

Just to share an observation

Since Feb 28, when the 'crash' started, until today, close to 100 Million # of Shares have been traded. That's 1 / 3 of outstanding shares. Meaning, 1 / 3 of outstanding shares have been bought by "new shareholders" at these lower share prices, i.e., Lower Share Price positions

Also, looked at # of Shares traded between early November until late December, the period of steep rise of the Share Price, close to 120 Million # of Shares have been traded. This is the period when these Shareholders had entered into Higher Share Price positions.

One could argue, most of the Higher Share Price positions have been "swapped" for Lower Share Price positions already. If that is indeed the case, the correction is expected to bottom out soon, because there is no incentive for Lower Share Price shareholders to sell aggressively, because Current Share Price is trading at entry point anyway

This is of course a simplistic argument -- it needs to account for in-period trading by same shareholders, and other factors

Again, just sharing an observation. Happy to get all Sifu-SIfu thoughts on this
