But pity all its biz sectors are impacted by pandemic.., property & tourism/hospitality related ones. Lucky all its Klang valley projects were well taken up resulting in stable eps in the last 3 years. The next project Est8 is also strategicly located.. However the selling price of circa RM800psf & current pandemic may be abit challenging this time round. Hope it enjoy good take up. But it is not a big time developer.., just doing one pocket development every two years -no strong growth in earnings expected.

Must drop to rm3.00 & linger for a while before rebound lol.,

anyway the stock is trading at good dividend yield of 6.50% now., so quite a good deal., as reported all its bisnes units are performing well & expected to continue perform well., so share price shud climb back above RM4.00., hopefully Is soon ar ???

So., no such stories as Honkie Investment fund coming in., Last few days run up could be due to it announced an improved set of results for 4th Qtr., 2014. Now., shud have patter out liao., Need to wait for the next theme for price run up ady.,
