So EV / EBIT = 96845.68 / 11251 = 8.6 (rounded up)
or EBIT / EV = 11251 / 96845.68 = 11.6% (rounded up)

still new here, but i would like to try to ans foodie's question above.. correct me if i am wrong..

reason of private placement is to get more money for the company.. if the reason of private placement is not convincing, none of the shareholder will take up the pp and invest in this company.. since people is taking up the pp, i think it does mean there are some convincing and positive news to the company.. so how would the share price go down? I would say, share price goes down would be due to wash out the short term player, external factors (global economy), or people are taking profit.. if the fundamental of the company is good and all contracts are secured, i think price is hardly come down, unless the example above happens..
