Berjaya Corp hold 100% of Cosway (HK) Ltd and it is listed in HK.

Question :
1) Will the profit from Cosway (HK) Ltd declare in Berjaya Corp account?
2) Berjaya Corp have a lot of investment like that and how come the last 2 Qtr is losing money?
3) Last question. Why the share is down to 32 sen only?
