unless some announcements of corporate news, its hard for the share price to move to reflects its NTA. However, it was just only 5 plus weeks ago that the shares were trading closer to RM0.50.. This is already a 40% rise!.. any further increases without corporate announcements will likely to trigger UMA..so stay tune

The steady upward movement in Euro share prices in the past 2 months or so has confirmed certain speculations. While these price movements inched slowly to new high of 0.70 cents plus and finding solid support over the past 2 trading days, there is certainly a high possibility of exponential climb in the coming weeks IF some of these speculative events were to happen. As the new mgmt. team takes shape, we can expect positive corporate news from Euro..

looks like someone is trying super hard to suppress the price from shooting up.. guess the more u suppress, the more likely the opposite outcome will happen.

As speculated by some, private placement and rights issues are next. likely to be so the case..so the possible roadblocks that emerged today is likely to be those who will benefit from the private placements. if the price shoots up high, then the placement price can not be low. The new mgmt. has screwed up once trying to deceive the public with low acquisition price from the founders, so to do it the second time will be scandalous. so, they will likely to prevent a run in the price until the completion of the private placements. this only serves that better things are around the corner!!

But as investors this could well be another firm excellent piece of good news that EURO is heading towards property development. When Tong bought controlling stake, that is strike 1, then Tee, founding member of Oxley Holdings became a substantial shareholder..Now with Lew out of the company,..its 3 strikes!!

Anna, this is a serious revelation on Lew n wife..N more so when there is still no announcements on their resignations as directors n more ssignificantly as MD. When Bursa finds out, the company could face some serious questions on transparency of the corporate structure..

U know Danngng, even Ur suggested RM.88/share is really a cheap buy if u take into account any revaluation gains u r going to get from the Cheras freehold land and it's potential development values. A mere gain of 8mil profits will enuf to increase the NTA/share by 10sen n u aint going to get just 8mil profits for such a prominently place n piece of development!! Even by re valuing it's value in accordance to the market price now will give u a revaluation gain of at least Rm5mil.

Besides if u study a little more in depth of its 3 freehold lands n office cum factories in the prime area of Rawang, then you will realise that non of these properties are revalued recently..a check thru the local agents will give you a revaluation gain of another may be RM0.20-0.30/share..and this is being very conservative..

BUT of course we r all not here to see what the real NTA / share of EURO aren't we.. We r all investing into EURO expecting another Eco World to happen..

So your generous offer of RM. 88/share is not so generous after all!

Think the market has seen thru their plans..thx to some who have reported key points that highlight their evil plans to deceive the public. That's y the share price has in fact increase when the notice of the MGO came out.

Mandatory general offer where shareholders r given the right to sell their shares to the major shareholders after he breaches one of the requirements of the takeover code. In this case was 33% ownership. But the price Tong n his gang supposedly paid to the previous major shareholders was at best a joke only meant to deceive the public. Judging from the NTA n the share prices being traded right now, it certainly seems so. In fact there were market rumors the purchase price were at least 20% higher than the NTA!! So now they r offering the 44sen to buy over the rest of the shares they don't own..which is the joke of the year..

With the ongoing MGO offer, the shares may be trading sideways until the completion of the corporate exercise. Then as predicted by some fellow formers, the price is likely to explode.

Really seems like syndicate pushing shares high n drawing retail investors..then the throw price n make profits..

71sen the 2nd time

The last 2 times heavy buying n prices being pushed up.. retailers r sucked into it n when the prices hit all time high of 65sen the 1st time n 7S enthe 2nd time the sharks sold their positions n tthe shares came tumbling down. .so folks be careful not being a sucker 3rd time around

some support to shore up the price. unsure if this is artificially created to reflect a higher than the MGO price

hope u r right bursamaster! although all the signs are pointing towards a downward trend price movements with MGO at 40-45 sen, news of privatization and a possible bad quarterly report..

with the audited NTA at 80++sen and the current price of 60sen, privatization seems logical! more so when the Company has not revalued its prime assets for ages!!

this is a crucial week with the quarterly announcements. hopefully it is positive, otherwise this may start a downward trend

the quarterly results will definitely be great..if ho hup can recognize profits and has its share increased by so much as a result of only 1/6 of the bkt jalil project in which malton manages, then malton shares should be reflective as well. also not forgetting the extraordinary profits it made during the year

if u analyse the trading pattern.. the rise in the past week or so was not driven by retail investors.. N despite the sharp rise, we are only seeing minor profit taking today..so hang on tight and enjoy the upward trends after this minor pullback..

the financial year should be very positive considering the extraordinary gains on disposals recorded earlier this year. When Ho hup can fly so high, there is no reason why Malton is lagging behind so much and for so long..

very good Q4 results projected. exceptional profits alone is more than 50M.. finally good fundamental stock is reflected in the price

folks..looks like there will be a bumper profits to be announced in their Q4 results. likelihood special dividends will be declared as well.

prices are falling although fundamentally the stock has potential!. looks like people dumping the stock at large volume..any negative news we retail investors do not know off?

whether us tapers or not, it will not affect this counter as its business model is now in the growing market segment i.e. comm towers and other services. more so, govt has already allocated 1.5B in the infrastructure and a large portion will b in Sarawak where the company is based

fundamentally this stock has a lot of potential. budget 2014, Sarawak election possibility in the next 2 yrs, etc etc.. but to top it off, it is the transfer to main board that will propel it higher. afterall, there is no point to move to MBoard if its still below RM1/sh

prolific, Malaysian stock market is rarely based on fundamentals. Although this stock has excellent potentials, investors will only jump in when the price gets more expensive n rising. this is unfortunately the truth of most Malaysian retail investors!

also, just spoken to some previous promoter and their advise is to "exercise extreme" caution.. more things to come

yistock, I was asked by some people to look into investing in this stock last week and I found comments from this forum which gives good info. nevertheless, I cant say the same to the prospect of this company, unfortunately..

yistock, its funny a couple of comments here and there can move the shareholding by so much and in such large quantities.
the point is not bcos of our comments, it is bcos of some serious fundamental issues that left unanswered such as major shareholders dumping his stock at such low valuation, why there is no update progress on the 205M contract, etc etc..

unless the latest shareholding list is requested from the authorize person in the company, the share registrar will not entertain request for information

Folks, been tracking this stock previously and it's a shame it's ending up where it is now. As commented by some here already, the likelihood of delisting is real and there seems no turnaround plan from the management. The only hope is for a white knight to surface.
