I do believe KYY is a man of principle. For those investors who believe and follow KYY's buy recommendation @0.90 and 1.50, they are still laughing to themselves. Nevertheless, no one is perfect in forecasting the upcoming price fluctuating same goes to all the investment bankers who always put in TP & its growth(%) for our reference. What are the success rates if we are investing base on IB's recommendation? You know I know.... Happy investing on the path of creating wealth.

KYY vs OTB on Dayang . Both of them are very experience on stock investment and have awesome track record. It is absolutely alright for OTB recommend to sell at 1.50 with realization of profit in hand. Nevertheless KYY has predicted its share price movement accurately as Dayang hit the highest @2.20 (46% incremental from @1.50). Will OTB & its associates buy back at this level @1.91? Will KYY continue to hold till RI? Dayang definitely the star in the OG stocks in 2019.

The impact of ECRL to the land belongs to property company is very subjective and yet this mega infrastructure projects takes 6 years to complete unlike LRT/MRT. If investors follows his buy call at 0.80 & dispose at 1.60 (price hovering for weeks), he or she makes 100% profit. A big thanks to KYY.

Why not blaming the 3 IB analysts?
After the 3 IB analysts (young ciku) down graded the TP, the price is like going down hill. When the price is moving from 0.60 to 1.75 with the same QR, why they never anticipate the TP at 1.00 to 1.30, why they do not do concurrent analysis and what is the ultimate objective when they start analyse when the price hovering at 1.60 - 1.70. Is there an adverse result of Dayang being published? Can IB analysis be trusted at all times?

The conclusion is invest at your own risks. Greed will leads you rich and poor at difference timing.

As an investor, everyone wants to see good returns in his/her own investments. At times, there are many sources that feeding us information on share investments which include the so called share experts in securities firms, Edge and Focus Malaysia. Many of them sending us to " ticket to no where ". Please do not blame/curse Mr KYY just because he was once the large individual stakeholders. Let continue to feed/share each other with positive information/facts and happy investing and best of luck to everyone.
