Hi myongcc5, very true indeed oil prices beyond our control. That is why Reach is forming partnership with KTG to go downstream whereby the end products like gasoline is produced and sell to retailers . Tbese end products usually has higher profit margin.

The recent selldown is mainly due to the waiver by Trump administrstion on Iran oil sanctions AFTER SAUDI AND RUSSIA INCREASED PRODUCTION!

Reach CEO is a specialist in downstream business which convert raw Brent oil into end products that sell directly to the retailers. These ventures provides Reach with higher profit margin. It is something like latex and tyres.

There is one good news about oil. Today, API reported a draw of 1.545 m barrels of oil. That means crude oil inventories fell for the first time after 4 weeks of build. Hopefully, oil price have touch the bottom. Mark Fisher, a renowned oil trader said two days ago, it is time to buy oil.

Many oil and gas companies are doing well with good profit eversince oil price recovered from a low of 30 pb in Jan 2016. Now the average oil price is 70 pb. Reach will do well too with a good profit. Just be patient, the QR will be out soon.

Reach will not call for RI, since the company is doing well and now making profit. Furthermore, the bank borrowings is ZERO! Reach just have to service the loan from the corporate shareholder. So no worries. The profit is more than enough to pay the loan in the near future.

I have been waiting for so long to buy Inari shares on the dip. This is the best opportunity to buy and own one of the best tech stocks in Bursa. Waiting to buy more tomorrow. Wow.....could hardly wait to buy and keep this Inari stocks.

On 6 Oct 2018, the Kariman K-16 vertical exploration well has been spud using advanced drilling program undertaken by a mix of local and international reputable service providers such as Sinopec, AsiaPetroService, Drill-Lab Kazakhstan and KazPromGeofizika, 3. On 1 Oct 2018, Reach obtained authority approval to commence the trial production period of the North Kariman field for 15 months.

Brent price above 65 pb, Reach still make a decent profit

If Trump goes loggerheads against the Saudi Crown Prince, then impose sanctions like Iran, oil price will spike to USD 200 pb

Basically, Reach has more high quality sweet and light Brent oil in the 1P reserves. If you take together the 2P reserves, then it will be RM 21.05 B

However total oil and gas 1P reserves is almost RM 6.4 B at USD 65 pb and forex RM 4.00

Hi Jeffrey Ng, natural gas reserves for Reach is 21770 mmscf in the 1P reserves, at USD 4.00 per mmbtu, this worked out to be almost RM 400 M

Based on these estimate, the next Qtr in Nov ie a few days time, the profit is about RM 20M

The breakeven costs for Reach is estimated to be USD 50 pb especially the forex gain from cheap RM and Kazakhstani Tengi
