Based on my calculations the oil reserves in Reach is so much and can last more than year 2036. Hibi reserves.... so sorry, I did not research that area yet. My calculations tell me that Reach Revenue is RM 77 m and profit RM 20 m.

The personal consumption expenditures (PCE) index, a key measure of inflation, increased by 1.6 percent last quarter. This inflation number is somewhat lower than expected, hence the FED interest rate will not be so aggressive in the future. The US economy growth is 3.5% slightly higher than the forecasted 3.4%. This is good news showing that the US economy is not too bad after all.

Soon Iran sanctions start on 4th Nov. If Opec and Russia cannot pump up more oil, then there will be a shortage of oil, meaning oil price will spike up. Let's see how og stocks perform next week.

Reach Energy has 3 latest news which were important. 1. On 2018 Oct 1st, Reach has obtained authority approval to commence the trial production period of the NK Field, 2. The spudding of the exploration well, K-16 in the Kariman Field on the 6th October 2018, and 3. The finding of 34m of oil bearing reservoir in the Y-3 well in Yessen Field.

Brent price is still profitable. The last Qtr result reported a maiden profit and Average Brent price was only 65 pb. Now, the brent range is 70 pb and above which is even better. Next coming Qtr will be even better, estimated Revenue is RM 77m and Profit estimated is RM 15 m

Depleting matured oil fields and lack of oil exploration is one of the main concern for any oil companies. However, Reach has increased the number of producing wells from 17 in May 2017 to 25 in May 2018. That means Reach will has new oil wells and have a long life span rather than many other companies that has matured oil wells.
