Senheng holds upper hand being the market leader. The closest competitors sales is 50% lower than Senheng which is huge advantage to Senheng. Yes the market is saturated with many platforms to buy E&E but remember, physical presence is extremely important given the human psychology in buying new items especially electrical and electronics. Having different different type of stores for different customers base and giving the buyers that experience is very important and Senheng is just doing that. The onus is now on Senheng to transfer that to sales which is the main reason for its expansion.

The market is factoring in a lot of data given the high PE at the launch of IPO. The margin on each product as stated in prospectus is good given the market they are operating which is similar for all. However, containing costs is within the strength of Senheng and if they just do that, it can additionally complement to their profits. The good news is that the price is stabilizing and against many pessimist who are still around. Q4 and Q1 should be a better quarter traditionally, given many promotions and festive period sales for Senheng. Therefore, QoQ should better from now and I see Senheng crawling back to 1.07 in the next 2 months. Good Luck.
