IWH disposal their lands to Ekovest at Market value but ekovest issue additional stock at RM0.60 only which will significantly dilute the interest of existing shareholder.

if u read the proposal properly, KNUSFORD should be benefiting from the corporate proposal.. Ekovest construction is a profitable company (refer to quarter report of Ekovest) with huge order book on hand (RTS and etc) . the merger will only benefiting KNUSFORD to turn it become a profitable company and there will be more contracts to be secure especially from Johor .. and there will be a share split soon.
