.....actually the EPF shares increased...may be due to DRP shares...

....so, no major selling, they trade...buy when low and take some profit when high...also, it helped to stabilize price.

...and at a press of a button...people will get to know whether you are an investor or a clown.

For retiree and those nearing retirement....if you get large amount from your employer and EPF....parking here for long term for retirement needs is one of the good strategy...while there's potential for some capital appreciation over the years...and you still get about 7% for your spending each year.

Sifu tolle...I read in the No.2 forum...there is one investor who said she got the shares from her parents....

...Legacy left behind by parents must be a lot, I guess...am curious..and will be interesting if we can "exchange see" :p

Majority large cap volume is fake...

Agree. I think a big percentage of the volume are passing from right hand to left hand....next year when the RM200 cap is remove, it will be costly for them to do so....

...so in a way higher stamp duty and no cap has its' positive....like Singapore and HK...where the fees are at 0.2% and 0.26% respectively and no cap.

....you put 10k into MBB

...and another 10k into another stock with lower dividend of aroud 3.5%

....and after that, the market is going nowhere and stays like that...says for 3 years...

....at the end of 3 years, your MBB would have given you 2100 dividend...while your other stock only gives you about 1050 dividend..

...that means you get less 50% returns by owning lower yields stock

...am I right, sifu? :p

The pandemic will probably be over soon.

On March 6th 2020, before the announcement of the first MCO, this stock closed at 8.50.

For a few years prior to that, the stock was trading in a range of around 8.50 to 11.00.

Current price, trading at a PE of 12 time, price to book value of 1.1 times, yielding a dividend of 6-8%....is SUPER CHEAP.

Uncle, you mean fundamentally last year when there's no vaccine and new cases were still high with no recovery in sight...is the same as now with opening news.....haha...LOL

Volume traded has been very low since the price peak on 18-10-21....for a sustained uptrend, volume needs to be much higher than the current 2 to 4 million shares :(

....he came to KSL forum asked us to sell at below 2.00...and buy his penny stock at around 50-60 sen....

....after few months...KSL reached a high of 4.90 ( I sold at 4.50 )...his penny stock dropped to 10 sen then PN17.....haha...really laugh die me....still so thick face skin....dare to tok kok some more....haha LOL

@bobvic96....haha...not that I queue big....it's because dividend seekers are kiam siap and wanted to buy cheap a few sen....I queue 7.98 n 7.99 early in the morning...and I only added queue at 8.00 during pre close at 4.45 :)
