why today drop so much? got bad news?

patience my friends... got two days the price also got spike to 0.185 and 0.16 ma... it's a fundamentally good stock which is undervalued now.

so what will the result of their AGM bring to its share price tmro?

I'm from Ipoh so I can tell you that Aeon Kinta City is one of the best malls in Ipoh, if not the best, catering to lots of Tamans surrounding it, i.e. Bercham, Ipoh Garden, Canning Garden etc. Heck, I live in Pengkalan but occasionally I still go there! Great acquisition by KIPREIT!

just bought some at 0.48... one of the good rare stocks with strong fundamentals and future growth, at a discounted undervalued price! what a bargain as I calculated its intrinsic value at 0.7 and fair value at 0.53!!!what a bargain at 0.48!!!

collected some @ 0.825, good fundamentals stock with relatively high dividends! waiting for dividend 0.153 on ex date 12/8/2020!

Wow I sold too early!!! Bought at 1.29 and sold at 1.40. Now it jumps to 1.65?!?! Lost few hundreds of profits!!! OMG!!!

Just went to see its houses at simpang empat recently. Gotta say the quality of the houses really disappoints me... But Pearl Villas still manage to sell out its units despite the expensive pricing - don't understand why???

Will this stock hit 1.80 in 1 or 2 years time? Like what happened to CMMT, SUNREIT and PAVREIT?

Already notice this stock when it split at 3.60 - sadly no cash back then. Now got cash but already too high... sobs...

Bought it at 1.26. Next month Waterpark opens. 2013 i-Residence opens and i-city mall might open in 2014. Hopefully it can reach RM3.00 or more by 2015... :)
