i believe deal has been reached. Owner made director, current ceo/big players disposed all shares and new owner picked up. the price will be maintained somewhere around this level until they announce it. Then, depending on who is the new owner, it will move toward that direction. My 2 cent.

looks a bit powerless - it will probably drop below .23 after lunch

it just take a blink of an eye to go back to 9 cent. just watch.

the owner won't leave its counter in high price if no takeover or merger happening. he will want it to remain at penny level when this wave is over. he wants to do this all over again a year or two later. so be warned. fools buy when it is high, someone needs to feed the flow, until it is pulled.
