The new investment promised a return of 8 to 12%, and lock in period of 5 years. He hopes he can list myairline within 3 years and then cash out.

myairline was started by a loan shark, Goh also owns a money lending company by the name Trillion Cove Capital. A ponzi a loan shark a scammer wants to compete with AirAsia, dont know who will win.

i never noticed the acronym until you mentioned it. the reason why the share price is flat is because how many hydro power dam can you build? even if you have a new project, it will take another 15 years. growth is guaranteed to remain stagnant for many years unless their other subsidiaries are able to grow at an incredible speed.

For them to grow, they need to venture into a new business that is scalable and moderately profitable.

That website is hosting on a shared hosting and created via WIX? Who uses WIX for web building? Little high school kids? Not even WordPress with own dedicated hosting. If this doesn't smell like something is rotten, then I dont know what to say. Serba did that with all their tiny 'affiliate' companies that awarded them huge mega projects. All their partners' website are created on cheap shared hosting using free templates.
