It means the dilution to the current share market is lesser. Also the company could save some money after the termination of ESOS...

Chapter 4.
EPS of the company ended FY16 was -2.25 cents.
After ESOS termination, the saved cost will have an effect to increase the EPS to +0.05 cents.
