I think most people don't buy warrants to convert to mother share but rather for the ups and downs of the share since it will follow the mother. So basically higher risks higher returns.

yes because you get to buy it cheaper for rights issue then sell at normal price. a lot people will start selling then it will drive the price down.

Why this stock so dead ah? Have been eyeing since long ago but it has been hovering around 0.9-1.2. So I guess that's my buying and selling price. Low risk kan? Haha
