There's no doubt continue to hold PST and keep buy at low price. This company had experience in contruction,properties development,and also building materials trading. Most reputable/well-known project like Genting Awana and First World completed 90's,VUE Residencies in Jalan Pahang and etc...If you read the annual report, the group really concerned in efficiency of management team and distinct in future mission and vision. So,just be patient to harvest fruity PST in near future.

80 hectares of land in Air Putih have tin reserved more than 10,000tonnes. Assuming tin International market price RM60,000 per tonne,GDV would be more than RM600mil.If,cost of production about RM30,000 per tonne,gross earning will achieve at RM300mil. IF manage well,it sure be good investment for LUSTER diversify into mining industry.

Company won't bankrupt. Bursa Malaysia will start zero par value in all listed company next year,so most of listed company start reduce par value to create healtier balance sheet and much easier to declare right issue on par value RM0.10, that is because bursa malaysia rules right issue price must be higher than par value. If PST didn't reduce par value,the right issue price would be RM0.50/share,no one will pay for it.

According to Prinsiptek 2013 annual report, the group successfully secured total RM142.80mil contract in FYE2013 and unbilled construction order book worth RM337.41mil. For properties development division,the group future projects to be launch worth approximately RM540mil.(source from psintek annualreport13).
Assuming a conservative margin for construction division and properties development division is 3% and 10% respectively.It would be satisfactory return in coming 5years.

TMS one of the low risk stock in ACE market.Net cash with RM38mil or RM0.044/unit. The group strives for better performance by strengthening the existing business intergrated web-based and also expansion business into trading of IT and ICT products.Thus,the revenue of the FYE2013 increase 188% to RM228.8mil compared to RM79.2mil in FYE2012.In Q4 2013 report,In coming financial year2014,the group confidents expected better performance than current financial year.

Good performance result for Q42013 and also financial year 2013. Total revenue RM418.14mil representing an increase of 57% as compared to RM266.59mil last financial year ended 2012. Profit after Tax achieved RM4.87mil or 28% increased compared to preceding financial year. The most concerned is the total debt ratio decreased deeply from 1.35 to 0.98,reflecting that the group placed efforts to control debts. Overral, the group was preliminary succeed to implement it's Transformation Programme 2013. just for sharing ;)

Just is my opinion,we cant say that buy bluechip is investor,buy penny stock is speculator. A good return in investment created by who was foresee the potential growth of the company and also which sectors the company involve. Luster just completed it regularisation plan and been restructured,thus upliftment from PN17 on 18 March 2013. In 3th qtr 2013 reported,the group total debt less than rm4mil and total cash was rm32.6mil.The new Luster now involve in automotive,hygiene and also medical and life science products.The group very confidents and take step to differentiate it products with competitor in order to command a stronger and leading position in the market. Current YTD the group recorded a total revenue RM115mil compare to preceding year RM64.7mil, a very high growth 77% in business revenue was evidence of the management teams effort and the Board expects the will deliver a better result in FYE 2013.

I dont think so,Malaysia market fundamental still strong,recently fluctuation of the currency rate to almost MYR 3.30 to USD 1, but our Bank Negara Malaysia Governor Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz who has been accorded “Grade A” among the heads of central banks for the 10th time by the Global Finance magazine todate keep our currency volatiles, not like others Asian country Central Bank raise interest rate and sell-off USD reserve to shore up its currency that had been hardly sell-off by foreign invester.Therefore, means that Malaysia economy still in strong pace :)

who said prinsiptek is a goreng counter! for the financial year ended 2012 this counter achieved revenue rm271m in and still hv few ongoing tender project and property development project.now still traded below 32 % of par value and 66% of net asset. last week genting was planning a rm3b facelift for genting resort.decades ago ,prinsiptek was one of the contractor that built the genting awana resort,so for this latest genting facelift project, prinsiptek might be one of the beneficiary contractor to tender the project.
