according to her ,Feb results is for Financial Year 2013 whereas 2 quarters profit has to be in the same financial year.

I was at the egm this morning.Chris said the rigs were already there.For the next three months they will be working on 4 wells.I didnot heard clearly how many wells already in production but seemed like only one well(not sure).Overheard the lady in charge of finance said the earliest month for the company to get out of PN17 is October because need to have minimum 2 quarters of profits i.e. for May and August.Last Feb results is not counted.
