i only received my prospectus for the rights issue on 1-10-15 whereas the ex-date of the rights was 22-9-15 leaving me no choice but to take up the rights to avoid diluting my share value. Can someone tell me whether the company is following the right procedure?

I am presently a hare at yesterday's price of RM9.18shareholder of KrisAsset. If I sell of my share at yesterday's price of RM9.18 I will receive almost RM9180 BUT if I wait my entitlement of 5240 units of REITS (RM1.25 per unit) and cash of RM2,430 I will only get a proceed, when I sell, of RM8,980 ie RM200 less. Isn't it better to sell of my KrisAsset shares now? Can someone advise me? - CYK

This share seems to have lost steam. In any case the new businesses announced were so unexciting.
