Your company DPS have been drowning in the water for 10 years ago since 2009 suffering lost every year. With current such fantastic financial and performance DPS was deemed undervalue.
But one thing you and your father have make the minorities shareholders disappointed , we did not benefit from your company recovery although we have been suffering holding a non-perform Grade E counter for several years since 2017. We as a minorities of shareholders urge you and your father stop manipulate DPS counter by pressing down intentionally and faster terminate the share operating agreement with the POOR funder/operator currently.
