I think div is there but hard to say how much, YTL seldom fail to payout, of course they can afford to pay, it is a matter whether they want to pay. sold a hotel already pocketed 380m. reits div remains intact, not much capex requirement, by the way they can increase div bec. of extra from hotel disposal !

@holdingking, I heard it during an interview with the current CEO. This r real people and real business, not like other speculative counters. result within expectation. FY17 eps likely to be around rm0.07, p/e 14. I think it is not expensive, of course not cheap either. Monday to pick up some, it is a recovery play now. those sold earlier would likely to come back. I think it has the right strategy others difficult to copy.

it is a general risk for all factory operations, I believe it can be mitigated but hard to delete all together. but u can not made valuation based on tail risk.

trading gap is small today. u make or break, that is the risk. worry is not the cure. have a trading plan, people prob. do better. I plan to trade only not invest..hehe.

punting over ? vol getting a lot smaller.. holding on, not selling yet.
