Anybody pays attention to the company cash position has turned from net cash to net debt in latest QR? And the Genaxis deal where they provide shareholder loan to the vendor so vendor could fulfill the condition precedent? Who in this world will do tht where buyer loan the seller so that buyer can complete the purchase? so desperate to buy? Despite the top line growth the bottom line remains flat or squeezed so i believe the acquisition is not at all best to DNEX

Anybody has idea how is the development progress? To say this it must have almost completed the project by now, right? But what I gathered is that even the structural work is still not completed yet. The management can just simply quote and not having to account to what they said? Then what is the purpose of disclosure? Bursa/SC sleeping on their jobs?

The company is trying to raise RM75mil from RI. Instead of giving them the $, why not pull together to fully acquire the company at current valuation of just RM40mil and reap the whole cash hoard in the company? I'm interested to crowd fund to fully acquire this company.

Something not right here.. the market cap is RM40mil vs cash of RM75mil with little borrowings.. anyone can acquire the company fully and richer by RM35mil immediately.. on top of that whatever assets the company has..

WTF the company is paying RM8mil for a company with just RM1 paid up? This is clear CBT. Where's the police?
