have no interest with share price fluctuation. No share can always go up go down or stay at the same price. More important is where it will be heading to.

I foresee that the company may give high or special dividend in this coming quarter to reward the shareholder. Warrant is not entitled for any dividend, hence it make sense that director dispose warrant and buy share instead.

Just my personal opinion, no way to verify it

i notice this stock always bullish in the morning, then moderated back with slight upwards or flat in the afternoon..lol
