Hi..Supposed after consolidation on 23 Nov,price should be 0.45 right?i looked on the chart from UOB platform on 23 Nov,it was 0.18.Any reason?Can anyone explain?

What is the difference between notes issue and right issue?because previously trive did consolidation+right issue,not notes issue.
