Chong Ket Pen using Protasco borrowed money and pays himself from Protasco salary and dividend, he got money to keep buying Protasco shares. 1.00 is the support his hand itchy will fight EPF.
If normal market, by EPF standard Protasco is heading to 50c. EPF is exempted from Bursa & SC watch. Pump and dump is totally legal. Guess how low can they dump when fighting Chong Ket Pen?
1.00 is safe bet. At most Chong Ket Pen takes RM30mil more from Protasco all buy from EPF. Stolen once, stealing more makes no difference.

Buy 0.96. Sure goreng after bonus share split. Chong ket pen got a lot of money sure play up.
