what is the targeted price prior to sept 10? for longer term investor, if it's <RM2, it should be still worth with ~ 5%/annual div. comment?

good for long term investment, with PE ~10 , ROE% ~14% and the dividend yield ~ 4%.

i visited parkson china, it's great positioning in market and i believe in long run it's good grow. if you are long term investor with holding power should keep (or invest more). I am not sure how well the parkson positioning in Vietnam, anyone visited there before?

one of my invest rule is not to take profit when u sell a share until it hit ur targeted %. but if you want a CNY ang Pau , i think it's right time to take this opportunity.

if you are a lot term investor in Semi-con, i willsuggest u either hold or buy especially those corp supporting mobile business as from 2013-2015 there are going to be 500Bil of revenue to be generated...

yes. i will keep buying Unisem... semicon is part of the necessity ... with the inventory cutting for the past few qtr... if we can hold for another 1-2 qtrs... they will return.
