The dividend 13cent is approve by all share holder on the AGM but why until now still don't have any announcement regarding to this? Any news about it guys?

the newest announcement kenanga investment bank had reinvest dividend back to UOA dev (DRS) on 1June2015, if there is no dividend Kenanga IB would not announce this reinvestment, share info guys if my info is wrong
