This response from Singapore RTS is interesting. What they want is to negotiate a totally new contract with PH but an expedite one, and to start within a year or two, lower cost and finance..cheers for great idea..

Singapore dont mind the extension of time in negotiations in HSR project or even terminate it and go for a brand new negotiation. This is good. They know tun hates Jibko projects, but agreement signed, to terminate may cause bigger problems.s. if both countries willing to commence a new and expedite way of resolving HSR issues with cost and finance, PH will sure jump in to have fresh start of the game.
