Ya, increase volume so price not too high. Keep the shale in check while increasing revenue (due to increase in volume) for OPEC+ oil producers. Serbadk can potentially get more $$$ contracts from these oils producers due to the increase in revenue and wear + tear to increase volume, at the same time most of us can shave of a 100-200 hundred from petrol monthly bill... Win-win for everyone :)
