but difference is not that high
so theres a lot of volume invested

SD is reconstructuring
at least they did something for good
and for the best for investors and shareholders

things has come to an end now
since its end year
so lets wait for the really final result
what will happen next year
we will wait

How to back to normal. AA already lost India and Japan. China market also not going to open for tourists as China insist on zero covid policy. AA would be a much smaller company than before but with much bigger debt

assuming BURSA gives notice on 03/01/2022

from 03/01/2022 to 30/06/2023 Serba shares will remain suspended

Serba could be delisted around 30/06/2023 subject to appeals and approval of appeals etc etc

u cannot convert a bond into share of FRAUD company.
U need court order, bursa and sc permission
and all this u need to present the AUDITED account.
Sudah 24 months sebak got no audited account.
No audited account mean cannot tok kok on share consolidation mar.

Skyworks Solutions (NASDAQ:SWKS) and Broadcom (NASDAQ:AVGO) are being defended at Bank of America after it was reported that Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is looking to build wireless chips in-house, news that sent shares of both semiconductor companies sharply lower.
Analyst Vivek Arya, who rates Broadcom (AVGO) buy with a $750 price target and Skyworks (SWKS) neutral with a $190 price target, notes that both companies have significant exposure to Apple (AAPL), with 20% for Broadcom and 59% for Skyworks, but industry checks suggest the impact is "overblown in the near to medium term." Apple's hiring could be for its plans to develop its own 5G modem, which would hurt Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) and not Broadcom or Skyworks.
Skyworks (SWKS) fell more than 8% to close at $146.39 on Thursday and are down another 1% on Friday. Broadcom declined 3% to close at $620.68 and are slightly lower on Friday.
Arya notes that Broadcom (AVGO) has a $15 billion contract with Apple (AAPL) that runs through 2023 and all RF design is not "created equal." He adds that RF design is a "very broad capability," which requires experience for a wide variety of use cases in smartphones, including the transceiver, which Arya believes the report was talking about.
Apple (AAPL) purchases RF-front parts from Broadcom (AVGO), Skyworks (SWKS), Qorvo (NASDAQ:QRVO) and Qualcomm (QCOM), including amplifiers, filters and switches and "we have heard of no plans for Apple to insource these parts that require very specific recipes, intellectual property and specialty materials/fabs," the analyst added.
Apple (AAPL) also gets the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chips from Broadcom (AVGO) and the RF front-end from Skyworks and the analyst said to his knowledge, "there are no plans for Apple to insource these currently," though he admitted that the low-end Apple Watch uses some of Apple's own silicon for this.
On Thursday, Goldman Sachs said Apple (AAPL) iPhone supply was getting better, becoming more in-line with demand.

Based on what karim reportedly said, the source of funds for payments to bankers/bondholders are from the collections from Serba’s trade debtors ie Trade Receivables

Do they need to get approval from Bursa to share the SIR to public?

Disclose the SIR to the public and explained to the shareholder how the SIR finding raised by KPMG and EY is not accurate and misleading

EPF acquired on 16th and disposed on 17th.

4 year old kid with eyes closed also can tell who is right and who is wrong. This btw = between guy cannot say who is right and wrong? He just want other people to say out loud who is wrong? Then the right thing to do is to tell him not to do the wrong thing. Just say everything is fine and all parties are right. This never happened and nobody is wrong.

Maybe...maybe not? But in the meantime most retailers aready hurt by big boys like EPF & FF taking profit at Inari highest price...but definitely someone benefited from the recent RSS short selling before Andy Hall meeting & there is no guarantee they will not do it again?
